我又回到了这随时都有暗战上演的黑房。

原来一个月的'软禁'是上主赐我的另一类恩典。

享受了一个月的清静，夹杂着之前尝到的人情味，我几乎忘了
以上的情景是我工作的地方的写照。

再次回到了暗房，从第一天回去至今的第五天，耳根没得清静，心在努力
的排掉从那儿输进来的垃圾。

人之初，性本善吗？是恶劣环境造就了人之恶， 或是‘人不为己、天诛地灭’之恶习造就了黑暗的环境？

In this dungeon,
everyone in position is expected to be alert, quick thinking, accurate in judgement and decision making.
Everyone knows there is little or no room for errors.
Everyone therefore expects everyone in other agencies working with him/her to be just as alert, quick thinking and accurate in judgement and decision making. Everyone wants to see only his/her portion of the job done well and cares not what every one else have to struggle with.
Everyone thinks he/she is always right and everyone else is wrong; even if he/she knows he/she is in the wrong, he/she has always a reason to justify his/her own wrong but not everyone else's.
Everyone may not know when he/she has offended someone or is a threat to someone and has become the target of attack.
Everyone just got to be very careful, not only with the job assigned but with interpersonal relationships, with every word used, with every action taken, with whom you call buddies.

A little unhappiness accumulated over time becomes a cause for war..

A demanding job, a demanding people to fit into it.

'For when envy and self seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there'

Some become victimized, some become malicious, some couldn't care less, some become disheartened, some become cynical, some become grouchy, some become power hungry, some returns tick for tack, just how many do remain true and passionate for the job?

An unhealthy environment, a time bomb.

本是同谋生，相煎何太急？

Lord, i'm weak, but you are strong and you are with me, remind me always of your word:

'Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how a forest a little fire kindles!
And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature;and it is set on fire by hell.
For every kind of beast and bird,of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind.
But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the isimilitudeof God.
Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethen, these things ought not to be so. '
